Fresh Cheese Culture

Creating fresh soft cheeses such as feta, quark, halloumi and cottage in your own kitchen with aromatic mesophilic culture.

Each sachet  contains sufficient culture to blend with 4 litres of milk, while the full pack of 5 sachets is enough to make 20 batches or 8 kg of fresh cheese.

This product is shelf stable for 8 months if stored below 25ᴼ C but the life of the product can be extended up to 2 years if kept in a freezer.
