Mad Millie Calcium Chloride 50 ml

Calcium Chloride is added to the cheese mix to improve the coagulation of the curd giving superior texture, flavour and quality to both hard and soft cheeses. Calcium chloride is particularly beneficial when you are using store bought milk as it may be lower in calcium. Dilute with filtered or non-chlorinated water before adding.

Calcium chloride is also used when making pickles, brewing and canning as it aids with preservation and improves flavour.
