Each gram of yogurt made with this culture contains a whopping 100 million probiotic bacteria cells, maintaining their potency for up to three days. With five sachets in each package, you can culture up to 12 liters of milk, and the freeze-dried product boasts a shelf life of eight months at room temperature.

Easy Recipe

  • Simply sprinkle the culture on warmed milk and incubate at 40°C for 12 hours.
