Wheatgrass is grown in a see raising tray in a light aerated soil blend. It is highly regarded for it’s alkalizing properties and it is best consumed as a juice.

It is a rich source of nutrients and antioxidants, vitamins A B6 C E K and minerals including potassium, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, chlorophyll, pantothenic acid, and  protein.

• Soak seeds for 6 to 12 hours
• Sprouts will be ready to harvest in 6 to 10 days
• 1½ to 2 cups per seed raising tray
• Best grown as a microgreen
