The 5 filter stages are a pet filter, a washable fine mesh filter, deodorization activated charcoal filter, hospital grade True HEPA filter and WINIX PlasmaWave® Technology 2, which creates hydroxyls to instantly neutralise bacteria, odours, VOC’s and viruses including Influenza A subtype, Avian Influenza(H7N9) and Zika virus.
This is the only air purifier sold in Australia which has a Pet Filter which captures large particles, pet dander, and pet hair.
The Smart Sensor monitors and actively adjusts to airborne particles then the activated charcoal filter effectively captures 99.97% of airborne pollutants down to 0.3 microns; including allergens, dust, pollen, pet dander, smoke, mould spores, VOC’s and household odours.
The Smart Air Quality LED display measures and displays the current indoor air quality; blue (good) green (average) amber (fair) and red (poor).
