Food Surface Sanitiser – Odour Free

Surface sanitisers can contain some nasty heavy chemicals and there is nothing organic or natural which meets national food safety standards, but we have found this sanitizer which uses the active ingredient Benzalkonium Chloride as an anti-bacterial. Although it is a chemical, it is softer than most chemicals which are used in sanitisers, and it is an ingredient which is found in a more diluted form in eye drops and nasal sprays. However, as this product is a stronger dilution it can still cause skin and eye irritation and should therefore be used with care and caution.

Custom Care Food Sanitiser is for use in food preparation areas where a high standard of hygiene is required. It can be used on all non-porous surfaces where food preparation is performed and where a perfume free product is required.

Apply diluted product to a clean surface using a spray or cloth. Allow 10 minutes of contact time. No rinsing is required however, treated surfaces must be drained before they are used for food preparation.
