  • CLEANSING – Use the sponge in a circular motion. Use alone or with a small amount of cleaner. Use sparingly as the sponge will increase the amount of bubbles.
  • CLEANING – Rinse sponge under running water and gently squeeze out the excess water. Don’t wring!
  • DRYING – Hand in a well-ventilated cool area and allow to dry naturally. Don’t leave it soaking in fluid. The sponge will harden and shrink when dry. Just soak in water to rehydrate.
  • STERILISING – Submerge the sponge in a bowl of water ensuring that it is kept below the water level. Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Pour out boiling water and cool the sponge under cold running water. Squeeze out the water and allow to dry.
  • RECYCLING – Throw the sponge into your backyard compost or place in the bottom of a pot plant to store water for your plant, where it will gradually decompose.
