With three varieties to choose from – Mild, Tangy, and Non-Dairy – you can create the perfect yoghurt to suit your taste and dietary needs. The Mild and Tangy cultures are ideal for both dairy and non-dairy applications, while the Non-Dairy culture is specially formulated for plant-based milks and is not recommended for dairy use, as it may produce an inconsistent texture.
All our cultures contain two probiotic strains and are guaranteed to be alive and active. The moment they hit your milk (or milk alternative), they get to work fermenting, multiplying, and creating delicious, probiotic-rich yoghurt.
At just a few cents per litre, these cultures are a budget-friendly alternative to store-bought yoghurt, saving you money without compromising on quality or flavour.
